The Disciplinary Commission of the Qatari Football Association gave fines to Tunisian international Youssef Msakni. It is a misstep that has cost Youssef Msakni. The mistake is related to the rules regarding the world health crisis.

The former player of the Esperance de Tunis got sanctions. It was for violating the rules his club established in the framework of the respect of sanitary measures. In a statement, the Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced that the Carthage Eagle will have to pay 15,000 Qatari Rial, about 3610 Euros for his mistake.
