FC Porto keeps its title as Portuguese champion. Moussa Marega, Vincent Aboubakar… once again enjoy this trophy in Liga Nos.

Two days before the end of the championship, FC Porto won its 29th Liga Nos title. A consecutive victory over the Sporting Lisbon (2-0). Marega left his mark on this encounter with an achievement in the last moments.

Four African players within the Portuguese club squad will soon lift this trophy. They are Congolese international Chancel Mbemba, Cape Verdean striker Zé Luis, Cameroonian Vincent Aboubakar and Malian Moussa Marega.

With 79 points, the FC Porto is ahead of the Benfica Lisbon with 8 points. Marega also played a leading role in this title with his 11 goals scored in 28 championship games.
