Ricardo Nascimiento is now tipped to Mamelodi Sundowns for the three upcoming years. As anounced by Brazilians on Monday, Brazilian centre-back extends his contract untill 2023.
It’s the turn of Nascimiento after Sirino and Moreno in June. The 33-year-old defender will continue the adventure with Pitso Mosimane team after his arrival in 2016.
“I feel very happy about the confidence Mamelodi Sundowns has shown in me and my football abilities. I want to thank the President, Dr. Patrice Motsepe, the Board and the Technical team with Coach Pitso,” Nascimiento told Sundowns official website.
“From the start, I was well-received by all the supporters and I to thank the supporters and my teammates for making me feel so welcome. My family and I are enjoying the country and I must certainly say that South Africa is my second home.” he added.
He made 9 appearances scoring once across all competitions so far this season with Sundowns. Moreover, Nascimiento won three titles with the Brazilians. Two Premier Soccer League titles (2017/18, 2018/19) and one CAF Super Cup trophy (2016/17).
