Premier Soccer League Oupa Manyisa quits Mamelodi Sundowns, signs for Tshakhuma

It did not take Oupa Manyisa enough time before finding another challenge following Mamelodi Sundowns‘ decision to part ways with him on Tuesday.

Mamelodi Sundowns announced on Tuesday that they released midfielder Oupa Manyisa after 3 seasons with the Brazilians. Few hours later, the 31-year-old was announced at Tshakhuma Tsha Madzhivhandila (TTM).

According to report, the South African midfielder penned a two-year contract with TTM.

With Mamelodi Sundowns, he made nearly 50 appearances winning two ABSA Premiership titles.

The player then took on to social media to thank his former club and coach Pitso Mosimane.

“Thank you for the memories Mamelodi Sundowns. Thank you for believing in me Pitso Mosimane” he wrote.

On the other hand, Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane also sent farewell message to Oupa Manyisa.

“Oupa has been a pleasure to work with. Despite his near iconic status, he gave 100 percent in training and managed his social life well” he said.
