Senegalese-born French defensive midfielder Nampalys Mendy could stay at Leicester City despite his complicated 2019/20 Premier League season (7 appearances).

As his contract comes to an end and he questions his future, the Senegalese-born midfielder could finally stay.

According to Foot Mercato , the 28-year-old would be on the verge of signing a new deal. The former AS Monaco player is in talks with Leicester City officials and the two sides are close to reaching an agreement.
