Mo Salah has confessed that he has been afraid of a possible Premier League cancellation as the coronavirus pandemic was threatening the championship.

“  It was also hard to think that after such a long season, after this year, they will still cancel the Premier League. It’s bad ! (Laughs). Being with your teammates at that time (when that was confirmed) was something special,  ”the Liverpool winger said in a BBC documentary .

“  I always said from my first interview with this club that I wanted to win the Premier League. They said I’m crazy, but yes we did. At the start of the season you want to win so badly, you want to achieve something for the club and the main goal was the Premier League,  ”he concluded.

With the Premier League trophy acquired, Mohamed Salah and his partners will try to repeat the same performances.
