African players abroad Gradel scores first goal to hand Sivasspor win over Erzurumspor

Cote D’Ivoire international Max-Alain Gradel has scored his first Super Lig goal with Sivasspor as they defeated Erzurumspor 2-1.

Gradel offered the winning goal for his club in the 86 th minute with a powerful left-foot strike from the spot. A few minutes earlier, his compatriot, Arouna Koné, equalized for the promoted (1-1, 82nd).

This is their first league win after the the 2-0 defeat to Alanyaspor in the opening day of Turkish top-flight.

Sivasspor are currently ninth on Super Lig table win three points after two games played.

In addition, Max-Alain Gradel is committed to Sivasspor for two years.
