Cycling Grand Prix Chantal Biya : The Event Postponed To A Later Date

The FCC (Cameroon Cycling Federation) announced the postponement of the 2020 edition of the Grand Prix Chantal Biya. The body revealed this in a statement on 22 September.

The first cycling event scheduled from 18-22 November is thus postponed to a later date on the request of David Lappartient, President of the ICA (International Cycling Association).

The event thus postponed will already be on the 2020 ICA calendar. Which does not prevent the organisation from another edition later in 2021.” It reads.

Moreover, it is the Algerian Azzedine Lagab who won 2019 edition of the Grand Prix Chantal Biya, in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He finished first in the general standings ahead of Slovak Marek Canecky and Dutchman Arjan Hofman.
