Tanzanian striker Mbwana Samatta is reportedly in Turkey to formalise his loan move to Super Lig side Fenerbaçhe as he does not make part of Aston Villa’s plans this season.
The arrival of Burkina Faso international Bertrand Traoré to Villa Park sealed the fate of Mbwana Samatta with Villans. As he is not in the plans of Dean Smith, the 27-year-old eyes a loan move to Turkey.
The club sets to acquire his services is Fenerbaçhe, according to the Daily Mail.
In addition, Samatta scored just two goals in 16 appearances with the Villa Park outfit last season.
