The Mouloudia Club d’Alger (MCA) has been fooled. Rooney Eva Wankewai who introduced himself as a Cameroonian international is finally not the one.

Addressing the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fecafoot) to prove player’s authenticity, the MCA has realized the fakery. “We have the honour to confirm that the certificate copy of the Cameroonian international player Rooney Eva Wankewai is a false document. And cannot be found in our database.” Reads a letter Fecafoot Secretary General Didier Banlock signed.

Eva Wankewai joined Mouloudia last year for two year-deal. Previously, the 24-year-old attacker played in Greece at the Asteras Tripolis particularly. He should then leave for AS Aïn M’lila on loan this season when they realize the abuse of authority.
