Bundesliga Bundesliga Matchday 3 Wrap Up:Bayern Bounce Back To Winning

It was an exciting weekend in the German Bundesliga that entered Matchday 3 last week with Leipzig winning big to top the league table.
There were many goals recorded on Matchday 3 with three teams winning by 4-0 margins.
A total of 29 goals was scored with only Monchengladbach 3-1 away win against Koln a the only away win.

Only two games ended the stalemate with Wolfsburg game at home against Ausburg only the game that failed to produce goals.

BAYERN MUNICH VS HERTHA BERLIN

Defending champion Bayern Munich bounced back to winning ways with the last gasp goal from Robert Lewandowski.
The Bavarians after losing 4-1 to Hoffenheim on Matchday 2 were almost denied another victory by a spirited Berlin side who equalized twice.
But Lewandowski proved why he is the best forward in Europe last season as he netted his fourth goal in added time snatch a late winner for his team.

UNION BERLIN VS MAINZ

Union Berlin got the weekend game to a perfect start with  4-0 at home against Mainz to pick their first win of the season.
New striker Joel Pohjanpalo scored just 35 seconds into his debut after Mac Kruse, Marcus Ingvartsen and an in dried rich had put the capital club forward.

BORUSSIA DORTMUND VS FREIBURG

Erling Haaland inspired Dortmund to another emphatic victory as they brushed aside visiting Freiburg 4-0 at the Signal Iduna Park.
Haaland scored a brace as Emre Can and Felix Passlack also got into the scoresheet.
It was the second win of the season for the Yellow and Black who are now fifth on the table with six points.

FRANKFURT VS HOFFENHEIM

Hoffenheim failed to draw strength from their 4-1 win at home on Matchday 2 against Bayern Munich.
The visitors could not hold on to their early lead in the 18th minute by Andrej Kramaric as goals from Daichi Kamada and Bas Dost earned Frankfurt the points.
Frankfurt is yet to lose this season as they climbed up to 3rd with seven points.

KOLN VS MONCHENGLADBACH

Monchengladbach earned their first win of the season in style away at Koln with a 3-1 victory.
Two first-half goals from Alassane Plea and Stefan Lainer gave the visitors the lead before Lans Stindl made or 3-0 in the 56th minute.
Elvis Rexhbecaj scored Koln consolatory goal in the 84th minute as they continue to search for their first Bundesliga win.

BREMEN VS BIELEFELD

Bremen recorded their second win of the season against new boys Bielefeld to keep the momentum.
A 27th-minute goal scored by Leonardo Bittencourt earned Bremen the win against a resilient Bielefeld side who tasted their first Bundesliga defeat.

STUTTGART VS LEVERKUSEN

Stuttgart denied Leverkusen the chance of getting their first win of the season.
Having played draws in their previous two matches, Leverkusen saw their 7 minutes lead through Patril Schick leveled in the  76th minute by Sasa Kaladjzic.

LEIPZIG VS SCHALKE O4

Leipzig maintained their top position in the league with an outstanding  4-0 win against Schalke 04.
Can Bozdogan broke the deadlock for Leipzig in the 31st minute before Angelino doubled the lead four minutes later.
A goal from Willi Orban on added minutes of the first half took the tally to 3-0.
Marcel Halstenberg put an icing to the cake 10 minutes from time to leave Schalke winless in three games.

WOLFSBURG VS AUSBURG

Ausburg put in all their effort to snatch a point from Wolfsburg.
Both teams failed to score with Wolfsburg picking their third draw for the season while the point took Ausburg top second on the log.
