Atletico Madrid right-back Kieran Trippier has praised Arsenal new boy Thomas Partey as the Ghanaian midfielder joined gunners on the deadline day of transfer window.
Partey signed a five-year deal with Arsenal on Monday as the Emirates Stadium outfit met his £45m release clause. Though Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone is said to be furious with Mikel Arteta’s way, one of his players Kieran Trippier eulogized the 27-year-old.
‘He’s unbelievable, his physicality, how he breaks up play,’ said the English full-back.
‘Technically he’s got everything. He ranks as one of the best midfielders I’ve played with.
‘He speaks perfect English. I don’t think he’d have a problem with the Premier League.’ he added.
