Actually, in an interview to Sofoot, Omar Daf did not rule out this hypothesis.

“We played the World Cup together. But since I’ve been the coach of Sochaux, it’s no longer possible. With Aliou, there is a very strong link. We regularly make calls to each other. He came to Sochaux this summer. We may work together one day. I am a young coach. I need to be on the field every day. Coach is another way of working. I don’t say that I will never be tempted by a selection. It is something exciting. We will see what the future tells us.
