Augustine Eguavoen will no more land at the Stade Malien as we announced earlier. The NFF (Nigerian Football Federation) has appointed the technician as Technical Director.
At a meeting on Tuesday, the NFF Executive Committee announced the appointment of Eguavoen. The former Super Eagle replaces Bitrus Bewarang whose contract came to an end.
Eguavoen should reportedly replace Djibril Dramé at the head of the Stade Malien of Bamako.
After taking the lead in various Nigerian selections, the 1994 African Champion will manage the NFF technical staff. He will work with Paul Aigbogun and Terry Babatunde Eguaoje.
