Black Stars legend Anthony Baffoe has congratulated Asamoah Gyan on his move to Legon Cities as he returns in Ghana Premier League 17 years later.
Anthony Baffoe shared delight in seeing Black Stars’ all-time top scorer Asamoah Gyan joining a Ghanaian top-flight side. After having turned down the likes of Asante Kotoko, the 34-year-old sealed a one-year deal worth $1 million with the Accra-based outfit.

And Baffoe believes this could be a massive boost for the league and wished former Al Ain FC striker a good luck.
“Asamoah Gyan, congratulations. I pray that this will be a stepping stone for something big in the Ghana Premier League. Well done Legon Cities and good luck capitano Asamoah Gyan. ‘It always seems impossible until it is done'” he wrote.
