Egyptian Premier League champions Al Ahly are included among eight nominees for the Club of the Century for the Globe Soccer Awards in the period of 2001 to 2020.

Egyptian giants are among the highest rated clubs across the world named for this honorific award to be held in Dubai on December 27.

FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool are the other clubs named for the award.

1 – They won thirteen league titles with seven in a row from 2004 to 2007

2 – Red Devils also clinched five Egypt Cup trophies namely in 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007 and 2017.
