Brighton manager Graham Potter admitted that the club is watching carefully the displays of Percy Tau with Anderlecht in the Belgium’s Jupiler Pro League.
Percy Tau joined Brighton in July 2018 from Mamelodi Sundowns but could not feature for the Seagulls due to issues related to work permit.
After a stint at Royal Union, the 26-year-old striker signed for Anderlecht where he scored four goals in twelve appearances under Vincent Kompany orders.
As he continues to impress each weekend, Brighton coach Potter admitted that the club is monitoring the evolution of the Bafana Bafana.
“As a club, we are certainly aware of his performance,” Graham Potter said, per VoetbalNieuws.
“We have a loan manager who follows up very well, but our technical director and scouts also look at him closely.
“I am aware that he’s playing well [at the moment], he’s scoring [goals] and enjoying the football [in Belgium], so that’s good.” he added.
