Hamza Mathlouthi leaves CS Sfaxien for Egyptian Premier League giants Zamalek SC on a three-year deal, the club announced on Wednesday.
Zamalek announced earlier today the signing of the Tunisian right-back, 28, to strengthen their defence region.
