Zamalek announced on Wednesday that their midfielder Youssef Obama has recovered from Covid-19 and is set to return to action with the club.
After having missed both CAF Champions league final that Zamalek lost to Al Ahly (2-1) and Egypt Cup final to Tala’a El Gaish (3-1), the 25-year-old is now available for the White Knights.
“Obama has recovered from the coronavirus after the results of his recent medical swab test returned negative,” a statement on Zamalek website read, per KingFut.
Obama should start training with the Cairo-based outfit in order to help them in their CAF Champions league first round tie against Chad’s Gazelle FC.
