Africa Soccer EGYPT : ‘BECKHAM’ TRAINS WITH AL AHLY FOR THE FIRST TIME

Al Ahly FC’s new recruit Ahmed Ramadhan, who is affectionately called Beckham, trained with the Egyptian giants for the first time on Wednesday December 9 2020.

Beckham was able to train after recovering from Covid-19.

Beckham joined Al Ahly on five-year contract from Wadi Degla SC with whom he spent two seasons.

Ahly also announced the availability of two other players who returned from injuries.

Our attacking players Hussein El Shahat and Taher Mohamed Taher returned back to the team’s training session on Wednesday.

“Both El Shahat and Taher trained at the gym yesterday away from their teammates, after being injured earlier this month,” reads the club’s website.

Other players Marwan Mohsen and Junior Ajayi resumed their recovery programme at the gym on Wednesday following injuries.

The Red Eagles will start the 2020-2021 Egyptian Premier League season by facing Misr Lel Makkasa SC on Sunday.
