Otto Addo is the new assistant coach of Borussia Dortmund following the sacking of Lucien Favre and the promotion of Edin Terzic as head coach.

The heavy 1-5 home loss to Stuttgart in Bundesliga cost the post of Lucien Favre who has been sacked with immediate effect.

His assistant Edin Terzic has since been promoted as the head coach of the team until the end of the season.

In his staff, Terzic will have Otto Addo, 45, as assistant manager. The Hamburg-born top talent coach has done great things with Dortmund’s youth side and is rewarded for his effort.

With Ghana, the former attacking midfield scored twice in 15 appearances.
