Ghana goalkeeper Richard Ofori is happy for having clinched his first ever trophy with Orlando Pirates as they beat Bloem Celtic in MTN8 final.

The Bucs came from behind to beat Bloemfontein Celtic on Saturday (2-1) to win their first trophy in six years.

And their summer signing Ofori believes more silverwares will come Pirates way.

“Showing gratitude is one of the simplest yet most powerful things humans can do for each other. I’d like to thank everyone that’s been a part of this journey from the start.” Richard Ofori wrote on Instagram.

“It’s a start to many victories and am very grateful for having been a part of this history that’s been written tonight.

“A special thanks to my lovely family, committed team Orlando Pirates and glory be to the lord God.

“Thank you so much Orlando Pirates family, the fans, friends, and media houses for spreading the love and support… God bless.”
