Africa Soccer GERMANY: EX-GHANA PLAYER NAMED DORTMUND COACH

Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have appointed former Ghana international Otto Addo as an assistant coach.

Addo will deputise Dortmund interim manager Edin Terzic who has stepped in for sacked Lucien Favre until the end of the current season.

Dortmund fired Favre following a 5-1 loss to Stuttgart on Saturday.

Dortmund confirmed the appointments through their twitter handle: “Assistant coach Edin Terzic has been appointed as interim manager until the end of the current season. Terzic’s coaching team will be joined by Sebastian Geppert and Otto Addo”.

Addo was a top player for Dortmund and also represented Ghana at the 2006 World Cup.
