With regard to COVID-19 pandemic, the year 2020 has been one of the most challenging times all around the world. And it’s also been an emotional time for the South African football fraternity. They who mourned the loss of several lives over the past few weeks.

With the domestic campaign coming to a small break for the festivities, the South African Football Association’s president, Danny Jordaan has urged everyone to be disciplined over the festive season. And to adhere to the regulations and protocols during the pandemic.

Be disciplined in whatever you do. Don’t drink and drive. Never over-indulge and wash your hands regularly, sanitise, keep social distance. And always wear your mask in public.” He said on SAFA’s official website.
