Egypt Mostafa Mohamed get cropped amid Saint-Etienne transfer rumors

Mostafa Mohamed

Zamalek director of football Ashraf Kassem cropped Mostafa Mohamed as the Egyptian forward changed his behavior since he caught the eyes of French side AS Saint-Etienne.

After having helped the Cairo-based outfit in winning trophies last season, Mohamed Mostafa wants to force his move to Ligue 1 side AS Saint-Etienne.

The 23-year-old forward then failed to pitch up with his teammates in recent days and it starts annoying his club officials.

The first to talk about it is Ashraf Kassem who urges him not to desert training even though he is on the verge of leaving the club.

“I don’t know if Mostafa Mohamed will be present in training on Tuesday,” Kassem said on a local radio station.

“Deserting the training isn’t the solution. He has to focus on the pitch only. Mostafa needs who can give him advice and set him on the right path and this is what we are trying to do.

“He is a great player and the best forward in Egypt,” he added.

In addition, Saint-Etienne have increased their offer by tabling €4M this time (€3M before) in order to acquire the service of Mostafa Mohamed who is a product of Zamalek Youth Academy.
