Africa Soccer Ex-Al Ahly Defender Hussein El-Sayed Officially On Loan Move To Ismaily

Ismaily SC have announced the signing of Tala’a El-Gaish left-back Hussein El-Sayed on a season-long loan.

The Egyptian Premier League side are having a disastrous season as they currently lie 14th on the league table. They just away from the relegation zone on goal difference.

Going into the season, there were very high expectations for Ismaily. As they seemed to have one of the strongest transfer windows in the league. Having signed the likes of Ary Paper and Fakhreddine Ben Youssef.

However, they struggled massively under all of their four managers up until now. And as the club announced the formation of a new technical committee, whose purpose is to improve the team’s recruitment and performance.

They already signed Mohamed Hassan from Ceramica Cleopatra on Wednesday night. And they have now completed their second signing in Hussein El-Sayed on a six-month loan deal.

El-Sayed had joined Tala’a El-Geish on a permanent deal from boyhood club Al Ahly last summer. However, he made just four appearances with the army side, failing to record a single win.

El-Gaish were struggling in the league until the arrival of head coach Abdelhamid Bassiouny, who helped move the club to 10th place.

El-Sayed might make his debut next for the Yellows on Saturday, when they host fourth-place Pyramids FC.
