Al Ahly are set to travel on Friday to Doha in preparation for 2020 Club World Cup. Al-Duhail were drawn against African Champions Al Ahly in the second round of the Club World Cup in Qatar.

The Red Devils will face Al-Duhail in the second round of the tournament. And the winner set to face European champions Bayern Munich.

Ahead of the game, Ahmed Yasser Elmohamady, brother of former Al Ahly and Zamalek forward Hussein Yasser Elmohamady, said that they don’t fear the Reds.

“We don’t fear Al Ahly. We are one of the best teams in Asia. The match will be difficult for both teams. But we’re not afraid.” Elmohamady said.

“We have only finalized two deals: Iran international Ali Karimi and the Kenyan striker Michael Olunga.

“God willing, Olonga will score a hat-trick against Al Ahly. Beating them with a big score will be a great achievement for us.

“We certainly prepared well for the Al-Ahly match. As they’re the best team in Africa and have a lot of experience in the Club World Cup.

“Al Ahly has several important players such as Mohamed Magdy Afsha, Amr El-Suliya, Aliou Diang, Ali Maaloul and Walter Bwalya.” He concluded.

The game will take place on 4th February at the Education City Stadium.
