African players abroad ZAMBIA : FASHION SAKALA DEDICATES GOALS TO HIS BROTHER

In-form Zambian striker Fashion Sakala has dedicated his latest goals to his brother Guri who underwent surgery.

Sakala scored a double for KV Oostende in the 2-2 draw with Standard Liege on Thursday in the Belgian’s Jupiler Pro League.

Goals I dedicate to my brother Guri who had surgery on the same day of the game, I hope you recover as quickly as possible from your surgery. I will be sending many thoughts and prayers your way as you rest and heal,” he tweeted.

The Zambian scored in the eighth and 64th minutes while Liege netted courtesy of Balikwisa and Bokadi in the 47th and added time.

Sakala, whose form appeared to have dwindled compared to that of Austria-based Patson Daka, has rediscovered his spark.

He has now bagged six goals in six games this month and 10 goals in total this season for the sixth-placed Oostende.
