Former Ghana and Cameroon assistant coach Ibrahim Tanko said Asante Kotoko midfielder Fabio Gama have to improve his physical level.

Gama has joined Kotoko in October 2020 on a two-year deal.

So far, he is making magic in the Ghana Premier League with his technical abilities.

But for Ibrahim Tanko, he needs to improve his physical.

“Undoubtedly, he [Gama] is a very good footballer. when you see him with the ball at his feet, you’re easily convinced he’s a good player,” Tanko told Kessben TV, per Goal.

“What’s left is for him to improve on the physical aspect of the game. Ghana football is 80 per cent physical. Hopefully, he should get stronger in the second half [of the season]. Aside from that, he is a very good player.”
