AFCON Cameroon is on track for the Total AFCON 2021-Baffoe 

CAF Deputy General Secretary Mr Anthony Baffoe says Cameroon is on the right track for the Total AFCON 2021. 
 
With 48 hours hours before the final of the Total African Nations Championships (CHAN), Cameroon 2020, CAF organized a technical round table on Friday (5 February 2021) to evaluate the tournament. 
 
According to a statement made available by Cafonline.com, the evaluation of the Total African Nations Championship (CHAN) saw the participation of African legends and members of the Technical Study Group, namely Khalilou Fadiga, Mark Fish, Daniel Amokachi, Raymond Kalla and Gilberto.
 
Baffoe while speaking praised hosts, Cameroon for the success of the tournament especially in times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

He said, “I am proud to be in the heart of Africa for this Total CHAN 2020, seeing world-class stadiums and infrastructures but which will have to be perpetuated, kept and maintained.

” Cameroon is on the right track for the Total AFCON 2021. 

“Readjustments are necessary for the great celebration of African football which is expected in a year. 

“We must not forget the hospitality of Cameroonians too.”

“In terms of the game, we have seen a fairly high-level tournament between teams which have shown great football like Mali, Guinea and Morocco who were at the top,” Baffoe added.
