Africa Soccer Al Ahly beat Palmeiras in penalties to claim Club World Cup bronze medal

Al Ahly are the 2020 FIFA Club World Cup Bronze medalists after their win to penalties (3-2) over Palmeiras following a goalless draw at full-time.

Both teams gave their best to scored and claim the win in the game but they failed to do so.

And they were conducted to the penalty shoot-out series.

And Al Ahly goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy turned heroic by stopping two penalties including that of Brazil legend Felipe Melo who played the last for Palmeiras.

As it happened in 2006, Red Devils earned a third-place finish in the FIFA Club World Cup.
