Africa Soccer GABON : FEGAFOOT SIGNS PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH SAUDI FEDERATION

Federation of Gabon Football (Fegafoot) has signed a partnership agreement with the Saudi Arabia Football Association.

Fegafoot website says the signing ceremony took place on January 31 at the headquarters of the Saudi Football Federation.

Fegafoot First Vice-President, Gal Robert Mangollo Mvoulou and Saudi Football Federation President Yasser H. Almisehal signed the agreement on behalf of their respective bodies.

The website has quoted Almisehal praising the agreement as ground breaking in the history of African football.

This partnership must be concrete on the various projects to be carried out together,” he is quoted saying.

The partnership was signed for an experimental year and provides for, among other things, professional and technical exchanges through the training of executives.

Under the agreement, Gabon national teams will also be training in Saudi Arabia.

This reinforces the vision of President Pierre Alain Mounguengui who relies heavily on the training and revival of women’s football. Saudi Arabia has quality infrastructure in all areas,” the website adds.
