CAF Champions League CONFEDERATION CUP : ZIMBABWE CHAMPS SET FOR JARAAF SHOWDOWN

Zimbabwe champions, FC Platinum, have said they are geared to face Senegalese side ASC Jaraaf on Sunday in the Confederation Cup first leg match.

The match is scheduled for the National Sports Stadium in Harare.

The day draws closer for the action, as the Zimbabwean champions take on @ASCJaraafsn of Senegal,” Platinum tweeted.

The team arrived safely in the capital to set up camp and continue with training ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup first leg encounter against ASC Jaraaf of Senegal slated for the 14th of February 2021. The Zimbabwe champions have since been boosted by the re-signing of Donald Ngoma from Azam FC in Tanzania until 2020.

Platinum were relegated to the second tier continental cup after losing 5-1 on aggregate to Simba SC of Tanzania.

Before dating Simba, Platinum beat Costa do Sol of Mozambique 4-1 on aggregate after winning 2-0 and home and 2-1 away.
