Foot Africa King Faisal Have Appointed Charles Frimpong Anokye As New Head Coach

Ghana Football Association (GFA) has revealed Ghanaian club, King Faisal have appointed Charles Frimpong Anokye as their new head coach.

The club based in Kumasi has been experiencing a difficult start to the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season. And they currently sit in the relegation zone of the league table.

The management of King Faisal has agreed to bring in a substantive head coach. Although interim head coach Andy Sinason has done well with the team.

According to statement on GFA website, the club has registered coach Charles Frimpong Anokye as their new head coach. This in accordance with the Club Licensing Regulations.

King Faisal have appointed Charles Frimpong Anokye as Head Coach. Andy Sinason reverts to the assistant role.” Part of the statement from the Ghana FA reads.

Occupying the 17th position on the Ghana Premier League table, the new coach has the heavy task to help the team climb out of the relegation zone to safety.
