Players and coaches of Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL) side, Wikki Tourists escaped death on Thursday morning.
The team were heading to Akwa Ibom for their NPFL game against Dakkada FC on Saturday when the team bus gutted fire.
The incident occurred at Hawan Kibo as the team bus lost two tyres before the bus eventually caught fire.

Players and officials were able to successfully come out of the bus before the fire started and burnt the team bus beyond recognition.
However, no life was lost and no player or official was reported injured as at the time of this report.
