L'équipe nationale du Kenya

Malawi has only one option of beating Uganda if the Flames are to qualify for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) finals on Monday afternoon.

The Flames are third in Group B with seven points after they beat South Sudan last week.

South Africa-based striker Richard Mbulu scored the game in Sudan after Gerald Phiri’s corner kick.

Uganda have eight points following their goalless draw against Burkina Faso who have since qualified for the final with nine points.

The Meke Mwase-led Flames head into the match minus leading striker Gabadinho Mhango at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.

The game will be played behind closed doors in line with Covid-19 regulations.

The Cranes have more options going into the match as they just need a draw to sail through.

In Uganda’s last visit to Malawi in 2015, Malawi won the game 1-0.

Malawi probable line up: Ernest Kakhobwe, Charles Petro, Limbikani Mzava, Precious Sambani, Stanley Sanudi, John Banda, Gerald Phiri Junior, Robin Ngalande, Peter Banda, Richard Mbulu, Khuda Muyaba
