As it was the cas when they hosted Al Ahly on matchday 2 of the CAF Champions league, Simba SC will benefit the support of their fans for their decisive tie against DR Congo giants AS Vita Club next Saturday.
The Lions grabbed ten points out of their first four games in the continental campaign as they beat Pitso Mosimane’s Al Ahly (1-0), AS Vita Club (1-0) and Sudanese champions Al-Merrikh (3-0).

In case of a win against the Congolese side on Saturday, April 3, they will seal their qualification to the quarter finals. A draw will also serve their cause.
So, to make things easier for the team of Didier Gomes, the club has asked and received the green light from CAF to allow 10000 fans to attend this game.
“Today we received good news from CAF that we have allowed 10,000 fans in the African Champions League match against AS Vita Club”, Simba SC Chief Executive Officer, Barbara Gonzalez, announced earlier on Thursday.
