Africa Soccer My Dream Is To Play For Super Eagles- Salaudeen

 
Kwara United defender Taiwo Salaudeen
said his dream is to play for the Super Eagles and also represent one of the top teams in Europe. 
 
Salaudeen while recounting how tough things were for him years back when he started his football career.
 
So far this season in the Nigerian Professional Football League, Salaudeen is among the best right backs considering his superb performances for Kwara United.
 
While speaking in a chat with Kwara United Media, the 23-year-old player explained that he had to do some laboring jobs years back so as for him to buy boots and jerseys to play football.

Salaudeen also explained that his mother initially never supported his football career not until when he was admitted into Football College in Abuja.
 
Things were hard for me years back and  I had to do many things so as for my football career not to die.
 
“My dad was of great help, but honestly, it wasn’t easy for me, but I thank God for how well it is and how better it will be for me in football,”. Salaudeen explained.
 
The energetic right back also praised the Chairman of Kwara United Kumbi Titiloye for how he has been of help to his football career right from his days at the Abuja Soccer College. 
 
Mr Kumbi treats me like his son and I am grateful for the confidence he has in me right from my time at Football College. He brought me to Kwara United and I want to appreciate him for giving me the chance to show the world my talent,” he stated. 
 
He also explained that his dream is to play for the Super Eagles and also represent one of the top teams in Europe. 
 
Taiwo Salaudeen started his football career at the age of 13 in Lagos with a team called City of David who were then campaigning in the National League. 
 
He was at City of David until the year 2014 before he traveled to Abuja for a trial at Football College and was admitted after the selectors in charge were convinced enough. 
 
At Football College, Taiwo Salaudeen was among the squad that traveled to Croatia and Italy for soccer tournaments in 2015.
 
Meanwhile, Taiwo Salaudeen has missed Kwara United’s last two games due to injury and he is expected to fight in training for the chance to return to the first team.
