Dstv Premiership AmaZulu In DStv Premiership Clash Against Mamelodi Sundowns On Wednesday

Mamelodi Sundowns will meet amazulu on Wednesday, 21 April in a DStv Premiership clash. Benni McCarthy’s AmaZulu side, currently in second place in the standings, will host top of the log Mamelodi Sundowns at Kings Park for game Kick-off at 13:00 GMT.

Wednesday’s match will be Mamelodi Sundowns’ sixth in 15 days while AmaZulu are well-rested having only played once.

AmaZulu, who are looking for a seventh straight DStv Premiership victory, currently trail their visitors by six points having played two more matches.

A draw would suit Mamelodi Sundowns just fine while a win over their closest rivals would surely spell ‘game over’ for the title race and hand the Brazilians a fourth straight title – and 11th overall.

AmaZulu have not beaten Mamelodi Sundowns in a league match in Durban since 1992, a period of almost 30 years.
