Al Ahly have finally reacted to rumors sending Pitso Mosimane at the helm of South Africa national football team as Bafana Bafana coaching post is still vacant.

Mosimane’s name has been endlessly cited in his homeland after the sacking of Molefi Ntseki following the shocking elimination from the AFCON 2021.

So far, the 56-year-old did not speak out and his club gave their verdict saying he will not leave Cairo.

“Al Ahly haven’t received anything official regarding Pitso Mosimane,” the club’s director of football Sayed Abdel-Hafiz said as per KingFut.

“Mosimane has settled his future and confirmed that he will continue with Al Ahly in the upcoming period,” he added.
