African players abroad Mahrez Brace Fires Man City To First Champions League Final

Manchester City forward Riyad Mahrez etched his name on the history book of the UEFA Champions League as his brace helped the club to reach their first ever Champions League final.
Mahrez scored a brace in both half of the game as Manchester City defeated Paris Saint-Germain 2-0 to qualify on 4-1 aggregates.
The Algerian captain became the second player to score in both legs of a Champions League semi-final tie for an English club after Sadio Mané in 2017-18 season.

Mahrez who scored the winning goal in last week to give the Cityzens an advantage was on his best of form.
He scored the opening goal at the Etihad Stadium just eleven minutes of action to give his side a comfortable 3-1 aggregate lead.
The former Leicester City forward then completed his brace for the day in the 63rd minute from a Phil Foden assist.
PSG went on to end the game with ten men after Angel Di Maria was sent off for a violent conduct.
The victory saw Manchester City become the first English side to win 11 games in a single European Cup/Champions League campaign.
They have won their last seven UEFA Champions League matches; the longest ever winning run by an English team in European Cup/Champions League according to Opta.
This will be the first time Pep Guardiola will guide the club to the final after several attempt which have saw them end in quarter final.
The are the ninth different English team to reach the European Cup/Champions League final.
