Africa Soccer DSTV PREMIERSHIP : Chippa Utd fire coach after 5 games

South Africa’s Chippa United FC haved reportedly sacked Serbian coach Vladislav Heric who spent less than a month on the job.

Kick-Off reports that Heric has been given the bullet after just five games into his latest stint with the Port Elizabeth-based side.

Heric won two games, drew twice and lost once—2-1 to Bloemfontein Celtic on Tuesday evening in the DSTV Premiership.

The Serbian mentor lost in the Nedbank Cup final 1-0 to Tshakhuma Tsha Madzinhandila earlier this month.

Chippa had hired Heric as technical advisor last month but he took over the coaching reigns after management failed to hire Belgian Luc Eymael.

The club is second from bottom and has hired and fired Lehlohonolo Seema, Dan Malesela this season.

Chippa have two games to wind up the season.
