Africa Soccer Egypt Olympic Team Head Coach Has Named Squad To Face South Africa In Friendlies

Egypt will face South Africa in two friendlies early this month in preparation for Olympic Games. And Egypt Olympic team head coach Shawky Gharib has named the squad to feature in these two encounters.

The games will take place on the 10th and 13th of June ahead of the Tokyo Olympics scheduled to begin on the 23rd of July. Egypt share the group of death with Spain, Argentina, and Australia.

But for the South Africa friendlies, the most notable called-up names are Pyramids’ Ramadan Sobhi, Al Ahly’s duo Taher Mohamed Taher and Salah Mohsen, as well as Galatasaray forward Mostafa Mohamed.Another one to keep an eye on is the addition of promising Wolfsburg player Omar Marmoush. He who spent last season out on loan at FC St. Pauli.
