Guinea’s Syli National stunned Kosovo 2-1 in a friendly played in Europe on Tuesday evening.
Moustapha Kouyate and Jose Kante scored for Guinea in the 60th and 65th minutes whereas Arb Manaj netted the consolation for Kosovo.
Guinea were without Naby Keita of Liverpool but featured some well-known players.
Such well known players included defender Florentin Pogba, brother to Manchester United star Paul Pogba.
In an earlier match, Guinea shared 0-0 spoils with Turkey on Monday at Antalya Stadium.
Next, Guinea will play three other matches in Antalya against Togo (June 5), Kosovo (June 8) and Niger (June 11) respectively.
The friendlies are part of Guinea’s preparations for the 2022 World Cup Africa qualifiers.
The World Cup Africa Zone qualifiers will see Guinea playing in Group I alongside Morocco, Guinea-Bissau and Sudan.
