Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey is set to change his shirt number at Arsenal next season as he will let over the N°18 he wore during last campaign.

The 28-year-old was handed the number 18 when he arrived in London from La Liga giants Atletico Madrid on a five-year deal.

However, the Black Stars deputy skipper will now take over his preferred number 5 following Sokratis Papastathopoulos’ departure.

In addition, Thomas Partey provided 2 assists in 32 appearances across all competitions with Arsenal last season and is set to do better in the coming season with the gunners.
