CAF Champions League Al Ahly off to Morocco ahead of CAF Champions League final

Al Ahly squad led by head coach Pitso Mosimane has let Cairo on Tuesday afternoon as they are heading to Casablanca, Morocco, where they will take on Kaizer Chiefs for CAF Champions League final on Saturday.

The Red Devils are going into the final with a lot of confidence as they trashed Misr Lel Makkasa (1-4) in their last Egyptian Premier League match on Sunday.

The Cairo-based outfit are looking for a record tenth CAF Champions League title after winning their ninth last season against arch-rivals Zamalek.

All the key players of Pitso’s workforce are available and set to make history in the continental competition final.

On the other hand, Kaizer Chiefs aim at stunning the experienced Egyptian side as they are set to grab with both hands any opportunity give toi them during the game.

The game will take place on Saturday, July 17 at Mohamed V Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco (7pm).
