Egyptian Premier League Ben Malango : Zamalek target set to join UAE side Al Sharjah FC

Zamalek SC summer target Ben Malango will not come to Cairo as the Congolese forward reportedly left Casablanca on Sunday heading to Dubai in order to complete his move to Al Sharjah FC.

The 27-year old has had a remarkable season with Raja Casablanca both in domestic league as well in CAF Confederation Cup.

Malango who joined the club in July 2019 has been a greet addition to the Green and White since his arrival.

Ben Malango put himself on Zamalek’s radar after shining against Egyptian Premier League outfit Pyramids FC in CAF Confederation Cup final xhich they won by beating JS Kabylie in final.

According to many UAE media reports, Malango could put pen on paper in the next few days as Al Sharjah tabled a $3,5million bid to convince Raja to let him go.

Zamalek proposed $3million but Raja turned it down handing the former TP Mazembe forward the chance to go to UAE.

In addition, Ben Malango scored 22 goals this season with Raja Casablanca with 16 of them coming in the league while 6 were netted in CAF Confederation Cup.
