Qatar 2022 Ivory Coast coach Patrice Beaumelle to unveil squad on Thursday

Ivory Coast coach Patrice Beaumelle will hold a press conference on Thursday to announce his squad.

The Frenchman is expected to unveil the squad ahead of the Group D World Cup qualifying against Mozambique and Cameroon next month.

A statement from the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF) has confirmed the press briefing.

The Elephants travel to Mozambique on September 3 then host Cameroon on September 6.

During the same week, Malawi will be in Cameroon on September 3 then travel to South Africa to welcome Mozambique in the group’s other matches.

Malawi’s Flames will host the Mambas of Mozambique at Soweto Stadium after CAF declared Bingu National Stadium of Lilongwe as unfit for the World Cup tie.

Meanwhile, tickets for the home match against Cameroon, which will take place at Alassane Outttara D’ebimbe Anyama Stadium, have since gone on sale in several outlets in Ivory Coast.
