Africa Soccer CAF clears 2,250 fans to attend Ghana vs Ethiopia match in Cape Coast

Ghana Football Association (GFA) announced on Thursday to have received authorization from Confederation of African Football (CAF) to bring in 2,250 for Ghana vs Ethiopia clash tonight.

The Black Stars will have the support of their fans as they will kick off their FIFA 2022 Qatar World Cup qualifying stages at Cape Coast stadium at 19:00 tonight.

With many of the Football Associations sending a demand to CAF to allow them having the support of their fans, Ghana FA also followed the procedure and they have been granted that opportunity.

“The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has approved Ghana’s request to admit spectators for Ghana’s Group G FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 qualifier against Ethiopia”, GAF wrote on its official website.

“CAF did not grant the full 25% request of the Ghana Football Association but approved Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty (2,250) spectators for the match.”

After securing their ticket for AFCON 2021 to be played next January in Cameroon, the Black Stars aim at starting in style these World Cup qualifiers.

And it requires from skipper André Ayew and teammates a maximum of concentration tonight in front of their fans who will be opushing them from the stands to the victory.
