Qatar 2022 Djibouti v Niger: Team News: Confirmed Line-Ups

Djibouti are hosting Niger in a Group A World Cup qualifying clash at Stade Moulay Abdellah.

It is the first match between the two teams in any competition ever.

The hosts’ coach Julien Mette has since made wholesale changes to his line-up.

He has retained just two players—Mbonihankuye Innocent and Daoud Wais—from the squad that got walloped 8-0 in Algeria last week.

The players dropped from the starting line up are Mohamed Bourhan, Fouad Moussa, Samuel Akinbinu , Warsama Hassan, Abdi Hamza, Youssouf Ali,  Batio Youssouf, Houssein Mahdi  and Mahamoud Doualeh.

Players who have earned their places in the starting line up are Farada, Robleh, Abdourahman, Siad, Idleh, Hassan, Mahabeh, Elabeh, Abdoul-Aziz

Niger coach Jean-Michel Cavalli     has since released his starting line-up whose skipper remains Dauda Kasaly.

There are four changes made to the squad that started the qualifying campaign with a 2-0 home loss to Burkina Faso.

Zakari Lambo, Moutari Amadou and Nasser Garba have been relegated to the bench in favour of Djibrilla Mossi, Boubakar Hainikoye and Souley Salamoun in the starting line up.
